If your gear arrives cursed (damaged, misprinted, or defective), report it within 7 days of item delivery. We'll dispatch a fresh replacement from the forge—no extra gold needed.

Wrong Item – We’ll Fix It!
Wrong Loot in the Chest?
Received a hoodie meant for a halfling instead of a human? If your order was wrong due to a printing or fulfillment error, we’ll fix it at no cost. Snap a pic of the issue and submit your quest ticket within 7 days.

Wrong Size – Choose Wisely!
No Returns for Regret Potions
As our items are forged on demand, we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or if you changed your mind. Choose your loot wisely before hitting "Equip.

Lost in Transit – Summon a Replacement
Item Lost in the Void?
If your loot never arrives or vanishes in transit, raise a ticket within 15 days and we’ll dispatch a new parcel through the dimensional post—no scroll of teleportation required.
